Our story

Three decades in titanium. One standard, never compromised.

Forged, not coated

Forge began in 1994 as a small precision titanium workshop. Thirty years later, it's the standard home cooks trust for cookware that never needs replacing.

Most cookware is built to be replaced. We built the opposite — something you buy once, cook on for decades, and never have to think about again.

How it began

It started with a material, not a product.

In 1994, Forge opened as a small precision titanium workshop, supplying components for medical and industrial equipment. Titanium was chosen for one reason: it doesn't react, doesn't degrade, and doesn't need a coating to perform.

A few years in, the founders noticed something obvious in hindsight: the exact properties that made titanium trusted in operating rooms and aircraft were being ignored entirely in the kitchen.

How we grew

Thirty years, one focus.

What began as a handful of people in one workshop has grown into a full production operation, but the focus has never shifted. No new categories, no shortcuts, no compromise on the material.

Every expansion was built around the same question the founders started with: does this make the pan better, or does it just make it cheaper to produce. If the answer was the second one, it didn't happen.

Quality inspection at Forge Quality control, every batch
How it's made today

Forged in fire. Inspected by hand.

Pure titanium, no coating, no shortcuts. Each pan is forged under heat into a single seamless body, then finished with the hammered surface that helps food release naturally without any chemical layer.

Every batch passes through quality control before it ships. Weight, balance, and finish are checked individually. Nothing leaves Forge unless it meets the same standard it did in 1994.

The standard we kept

Build one good thing, and it will outlast a hundred cheap replacements.

What we stand for

Three things we won't compromise

Pure, honest material

One metal, all the way through. No coatings, no mystery alloys, nothing sprayed on that can flake into your food.

Made by specialists

Thirty years of working exclusively with titanium. We don't make anything else, and we don't cut corners on the one thing we do.

Built to outlast you

No replacement cycle. Buy once, use it daily, and never think about it again. That's the entire business model.
