Article 1 – Definitions
Consumer
An individual acting for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Refers to TRADESTREAM LIMITED, a company registered Unit 2A, 17/F Glenealy Tower
No.1 Glenealy Central, Registration number: 77147669.
Order
A request by the consumer to purchase products through the website.

The registered office address is not a return address. Return instructions are provided after approval.
Article 3 – Scope
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through Forge Cookware.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
Article 4 – Products
All product descriptions are provided for general guidance.
Product images may differ slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or production variations.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors, misprints, or inaccuracies at any time.
Article 5 – Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.
If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
Article 6 – Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the local currency depending on your location.
Prices may not include import duties, taxes, or customs charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
Article 7 – Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
We use international logistics partners and local carriers for delivery.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are outside of our control.
Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Article 8 – Returns and Refunds
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return instructions are provided after approval.
Article 9 – Cancellations
Orders are processed shortly after being placed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If a cancellation is accepted before processing, an administrative fee may apply.
Article 10 – Exceptions to Returns
The following items are not eligible for return:
Personalised or custom-made products
Items marked as final sale
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Article 11 – Warranty and Product Conformity
We guarantee that products meet reasonable standards of quality and match their description.
This does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Improper use or maintenance
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
This does not limit your legal rights under applicable consumer laws.
Article 12 – Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or unmet expectations.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft.
Article 13 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted via email within a reasonable time.
We aim to respond within 14 days.
Article 14 – Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK.
Article 15 – Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect once published.

Some products may be available in limited quantities.
Discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
